- Orders received before 4 p.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Pacific Time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 4 p.m. Pacific Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 4 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

- For Domestic order, we ship through UPS.
(P.O. Box can not be used for shipping address)
From the purchasing date, the products will arrive to you within 4-5 business days for UPS ground shipping.
- For International order, we ship through USPS. Tracking number will be provided just for USPS express shipping.
